Jackson Township is the largest land-area municipality in Ocean County - roughly 100 square miles, mostly inland and partially in the Pinelands. That changes the roofing math.

Bigger roofs. Jackson lots run 1/2 acre to 5+ acres in places. Homes tend toward larger square footage and longer roof spans. A Jackson roof replacement averages bigger than a Brick or Toms River replacement.

Less salt air. Jackson is 15-plus miles from the ocean and gets minimal salt corrosion. Standard galvanized fasteners and standard flashing materials are fine. Most homeowners don't need the coastal upgrades we recommend in Brick or Manahawkin.

Drive from Brick is 25-35 minutes. Larger roof areas mean materials orders run bigger - we plan dumpster placement and material drops carefully on multi-acre Jackson lots so the staging doesn't impact the rest of the property. Pinelands permits add a few days to permit timeline but no impact on the install itself.
